Employee of the Month Awards: November 2021

Here are all the stories and winners from November 2021’s Employee of the Month Awards:

Amber Shore-Marston

Amber is nominated by a client in the student accommodation sector following a stellar effort during two weekend night shifts:

“Amber worked on Saturday and Sunday night, which are notoriously difficult and busy nights here. Not only was Amber’s reporting meticulously informative, she also utilised her quiet moments to clear bins, tidy and clean the office, patrol the building and spot things we didn’t know about. Along with that, she has reorganised an area in the office which was pretty neglected! It was a joy to come in on Monday and meet such a perfect handover. Credit to Amber and her fantastic work effort. We hope she can work here again soon!”

Ismail Yakubu

Ismail is nominated by Operations Manager for the South East, Jason Stacey, as a result of his ongoing dedication to provide training for new officers:

“Since starting his contract in September, Ismail has been an excellent addition to our team and provides a seamless security service to the client. He is highly valued and is able to help with any additional shifts we have opened up to him. He is also a great source of information for the site and its workings and has helped train our relief officers over and above the required standard.”

Mohammed Sesay

Mohammed Sesay has also been nominated by Operations Manager Jason Stacey:

“We received a very nice email complimenting Mohammed from the mother of a resident on site, who has autism. Mohammed was very helpful in coordinating a food delivery to the resident and ensured it went to her room, removing any issues for the resident.”

The General Manager of the site also wished for Mohammed to be recognised for his efforts.

After another very close set of nominations, COO Nathan Potter chooses November’s winners as Amber Shore-Marston and Ismail Yakubu. Nathan would like to pass on a very well done to all nominees!
