Firstly let me wish you and your families a happy and prosperous 2020.
I spent a lot of time visiting our sites at the end of 2019 talking to you all, listening to your views and recommendations. We also disseminated an employee feedback form via survey monkey,and I want to thank those of you that took part as it provides us with invaluable information from you our employee base. Having reviewed the survey in conjunction with feedback given to me personally, the board have decided to make further investment into our training platform, the employee management system (SmartTask) and also looking at introducing a host of new initiatives throughout 2020.
During the survey, feedback was received about employees wanting to know more about the business and training that is offered. All employees should be aware we send out a monthly newsletter which contains information such as employee of the month winners, new initiatives, education, advice and updates on the security industry as well as vacancies we have live nationally. It also holds information regarding the training platform and how employees can enrol on said courses. The newsletter must be opened and read by you all for you to know what is going on within the business. There are some of you out there that say they don’t know what is going on in the business but then openly admit you don’t open or read the monthly newsletter. I ask that you take the time to open and read and Ican guarantee that you will benefit. We also communicate information via our social media streams so again you can keep up to date via this avenue.
