A fantastic result for the Consortio Security team.
Following five days of our annual SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) audit, we are proud to announce that our score has increased from 109 to 128, an improvement of 19 points.
This achievement reflects the commitment, professionalism and care our people bring to their work throughout the year. From our security operatives on site to our Head Office and 24/7 Control Centre teams, every part of the business has contributed to this progress.
A special thank you to the operatives who took part in the auditor’s site visits and interviews. Your honesty, engagement and professionalism helped demonstrate how our standards are put into practice every day.
We would also like to recognise Louise, Kevin and Davie; Tom and the Control Team; Wayne for his support throughout the audit; and Laura, whose preparation, organisation and attention to detail were invaluable.
To our clients and stakeholders who provided feedback and supported the process, thank you. Your positive comments about our people and services are a source of pride and reinforce the value of working in partnership.
Once we receive the final report, we will review the findings and build on this progress as we prepare for our full assessment in October 2027.
