For a business approaching its tenth anniversary, seeing Consortio recognised across five different categories is something we are immensely proud of.
It is also humbling to look through the finalist lists and see our name alongside so many large, long-established, and highly respected organisations across the security and fire sectors.
We have never set out to build a business around awards. Our focus has always been on our people, our customers, and continually improving the service we provide. That is why these particular nominations mean so much to us.
They recognise not only the company we are becoming, but our approach to our employees, customer service, training, innovation and the professionalism of the wider Consortio team.
None of that happens because of one individual or one department.
It comes from the collective efforts of our officers, operational teams, control room, support functions, management team, clients, partners and everyone who continues to contribute to Consortio.
Whatever happens on the night, being shortlisted five times at a national industry awards event is something we will enjoy and be proud of.
