Here are all the stories and winners from July 2021’s Employee of the Month Awards:
South West
Talal Al-Amodi & Mezhan Bashir
Regional Supervisor Robyn Hooper has nominated Talal Al-Amodi and Mezhan Bashir for their outstanding work and contribution over the last few months. Both officers have gone above and beyond in their approach to supporting Consortio Security and the site. Their dedication and professionalism is a testament to their character and both should be very proud of their performance and contribution of late. Well done to both officers.
Central
Patrick Clarkson & Arcadian Security Team
This nomination is supported by the Centre Manager and West Midlands Police, who have singled Patrick Clarkson out for his excellent support over the last couple of weekends when bars and clubs have started to reopen and visitor numbers have increased. They have also commented on his brilliant work and how impressed they are with his professionalism under extremely difficult circumstances.
South East
Sleshi Besahewerde
Head of Operations Wayne Redman would like to nominate Sleshi Besahewerde for an EOTM award based on recent feedback from the client:
“I would like to say that many of our residents are saying that they love Sleshi and that he is very nice, helpful and friendly.”
Regional Manager Jason Stacey would also like to thank Sleshi personally for all the help he has given since Jason started with Consortio Security. Sleshi has always been on hand to assist with any short notice security cover and does a very good, professional job on any site he covers. He sets the benchmark on site for any student accommodation officer to aim for.

Christine Frost
Head of Finance Elliot Moss would like Christine Frost to be nominated for the Employee of the Month award as the following compliment from one of our officers is just one of a number of examples over the past few years that demonstrates how much of an asset she is to Consortio Security. Her professionalism and commitment to provide an excellent service is outstanding and it is long overdue that she is recognised for this contribution via the EOTM awards.
