This yearβs awards attracted a record number of applications, making our recognition across three categories particularly meaningful.
As a veteran-led business and a Gold Award holder under the Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, supporting the Armed Forces community is embedded in who we are. We are committed to recognising the skills, leadership and experience that veterans, reservists and service families bring to the workplace.
Nathanβs individual shortlisting is thoroughly deserved and recognises the leadership, commitment and integrity he brings to Consortio every day.
Our company shortlisting is equally a reflection of our entire team. Their professionalism, dedication and shared values have helped shape the organisation we are today.
The winners will be announced on 1 October . Whatever the outcome, being named among such an inspiring group of finalists is already a tremendous honour.
