We’re proud to share the positive results of our 2025 Employee Survey, with 174 team members taking part, almost 40% of our workforce, providing valuable feedback on what it’s like to work at Consortio Security.
The survey results show strong improvements across leadership, culture, and safety, reflecting the professionalism, teamwork, and commitment shown every day by our colleagues across all sites and departments.
We also received constructive feedback, which we are already acting on. During 2026, we will:
- Introduce new career development and leadership training opportunities.
- Expand our eLearning platform with additional role-specific modules.
- Provide refresher sessions on digital tools and systems to improve efficiency.
