Consortio Security 2025 Year-End Review A Message from Earl Knight, Chief Executive Officer

As we close out 2025, I would like to thank every colleague, client, partner and stakeholder who has supported Consortio Security throughout the year.

2025 has been a year of meaningful progress. We have focused on sustainable growth, stronger governance, higher professional standards and continued investment in our people. This review reflects what we have achieved together and why it matters.

A Stronger, More Scalable Business

During 2025, we continued to strengthen the foundations of Consortio Security to support long-term, sustainable growth.

Our business strategy is now more consistently embedded across the organisation, supported by structured leadership review cycles and live performance dashboards that provide greater visibility across HR, finance, operations and commercial activity. This has enabled better decision-making, more transparent accountability and improved control.

This progress has been externally validated by clear year-on-year improvement in our latest SIA Approved Contractor Scheme assessment, alongside the successful completion of our ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, and ISO 45001 Health and Safety audits.

Service Excellence Recognised by Clients

Our focus on people, systems and leadership continues to deliver strong outcomes for clients.

The 2025 biannual Customer Satisfaction Survey achieved a record Net Promoter Score of 84, the highest score since Consortio Security was established in 2017. Feedback consistently highlighted professionalism, responsiveness, officer presentation and the quality of management engagement.

These results reflect the commitment of our Security Officers, Concierge teams, Regional Operations Managers, and head office colleagues, working together to deliver reliable, high-quality services across the UK.

Technology-Led Control and Transparency

A defining feature of 2025 has been the continued strengthening of operational control through technology and process.

We expanded compliance controls across rostering, incident reporting and document management to ensure consistency and accountability. Key processes are now more structured and visible, improving oversight and reducing risk for both our teams and our clients.

This approach supports our core operating principle: delivering transparent, well-governed security services clients can trust.

Our People and Professional Development

Our people remain at the heart of Consortio Security, and 2025 has been a year of significant investment in development, engagement and recognition.

We celebrated outstanding individual contribution through our Employee of the Year awards, recognising Shahid Mahmood in the North and Theoscar Romero in the South for their dedication and commitment.

We strengthened our leadership capability through key appointments across the business, including Bobby Johnstone as Regional Supervisor for the Central Region, Louise Eagles as Operations Support Manager for the Central South Region, Davie Hare as Regional Manager for the North Region and Kevin Bell as Business Development Executive.

Our bespoke e learning platform continues to be a strategic advantage, supporting more than 500 colleagues nationwide. During 2025, our learning suite expanded to 45 bespoke courses covering areas such as Martyn’s Law awareness, safeguarding, access and inclusion, communication skills and quality, environmental and health and safety management.

Structured development has also been strengthened through mentoring, sector-specific pathways, including PBSA, and formal continuing professional development. This included participation in a Level 5 leadership and management programme.

Listening to our people remains a priority. The 2025 Employee Survey showed significant improvements across leadership, culture and safety, with clear actions identified to further enhance development opportunities, training and systems during 2026.

To recognise long-term commitment, we introduced a long-service leave benefit to reward key service milestones and support sustainable careers within the business.

Growth, Footprint and Sustainability

Throughout 2025, we continued to expand our capability and regional presence.

We opened a new office in Freeport, Stowmarket, strengthening regional coverage, improving client responsiveness, and creating new employment opportunities.

As part of our environmental and sustainability roadmap, we introduced five new hybrid self-charging vehicles into our fleet, supporting more efficient operations and reducing environmental impact in line with our ISO 14001 commitments.

Preparedness, Public Safety and Partnerships

We believe preparedness is an essential part of professional security delivery.

Ahead of legislation, we developed and deployed bespoke Martyn’s Law awareness and emergency response training to ensure our teams and clients are prepared for evolving public safety expectations.

A key initiative during the year was the development of a structured partnership with Leicestershire Police K9 Units, led by our Chief Operating Officer, Nathan Potter. This collaboration enables realistic training exercises on selected client sites, supporting operational resilience, policing capability and community safety while maintaining transparent governance and health and safety frameworks.

Ethical Employment and Governance

Consortio Security remains committed to operating with integrity and transparency.

During 2025, we received formal confirmation from HMRC that our PAYE submissions for the 2024 to 2025 tax year are fully compliant. All colleagues are employed on a PAYE basis, providing stability, protection and transparency for our workforce and reassurance for clients across the supply chain.

Community Impact and Giving Back

We are proud to contribute positively to the communities in which we operate.

Over the past year, we supported a wide range of charitable and community initiatives, including Macmillan Cancer Support, Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, Midlands Air Ambulance, local food banks, grassroots sports teams, and client-led fundraising activities.

These efforts reflect our belief that a responsible business should make a meaningful contribution beyond its core operations.

Looking Ahead to 2026

2025 has been a year of visible progress, reflected in our people, our performance and our standards.

As we move into 2026, we remain focused on continued investment in our teams, strengthening partnerships, raising industry standards and delivering security services that protect people, property, assets and brands with professionalism and integrity.

To every colleague, client, partner and stakeholder, thank you for your trust and support. I wish you a safe, healthy and prosperous New Year.
