Sam works closely with the site manager to address day-to-day matters efficiently, often without the need for my involvement. His initiative and commitment to the smooth running of operations are invaluable. Moreover, he has expressed a genuine interest in supporting the site in a supervisory capacity at no additional cost. During his shift, Vipul confronted two individuals attempting to steal a pushbike from the onsite bike shed. Vipul’s quick thinking, calm demeanour, and ability to manage the incident safely demonstrate his strong judgment and unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of others. His courage and professionalism not only resolved the situation effectively but also set an outstanding example for his colleagues, reflecting his dedication to maintaining a secure and supportive environment for everyone onsite.
